Axis Telecom announces an impressive turnover results for a UK telecoms firm based in Hull: results are up from £3.1 million to £6.3 million. The three main dominant mobile phone companies: Nokia, Motorola and Samsung have all posted healthy profits over the last few years, but with the worldwide economic downturn evident, there is little doubt that all companies will feel the changed financial landscape from the past few years: even mobile phone companies are reported reduced growth. Many phone companies are well poised to capitalise on the economic downturn. In reality, most people with still maintain their mobile phone on their contract, and internet based technologies are continuing to drive a continual handset revolution with faster and faster broadband speeds.
